Refund Policy

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. We don’t ask for a payment method to start, so there is nothing to refund during the trial.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — there’s no retention runaround, no annual commitment and no cancellation fee. To cancel, email us.

Paid plans are billed once per month, in advance. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current billing period. Online payment is not switched on yet, and we will never charge you without telling you first and getting your consent.

Fees already paid for a billing period are not refunded when you cancel, except where the law requires. If we charged you by mistake — a wrong amount, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — contact us and we will make it right. See our Terms of Service for the full picture.
